鹿茸炖鸡补血汤
材料:鹿茸2克,母鸡半只或1只。

做法:把准备好的母鸡去毛还有去掉内脏,然后切成块状。用热水煮开去腥,和鹿茸一起放入炖盅内,先大火煮沸,然后文火炖煮1小时,至鸡肉烂熟后食用。
